Before our products are shipped each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. All parcels are shipped via the best shippers to ensure that your purchase is delivered as quickly and as safely as possible.

Your shipping price and approximate delivery timeframe will be displayed. Insurance
Your products are insured against loss while in transit to you. Once the parcel has been received (all packages require a signature as acceptance) the goods are deemed your responsibility and insurance from Miijo ceases. It is expected that if an item needs to be returned to Miijo that insurance be placed on the item/s whilst in transit. Please see our Returns Policy.

When we ship
In-stock products that are purchased on weekdays before 2pm (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the very same day.

Delivery times
Australian Customers: All orders are shipped by courier on an “Overnight“ service. Orders received before 2pm each day will ship the very same day and be scheduled for delivery the very next business day. We try hard to ship in the times quoted and faster if possible‚ but sometimes deliveries can be delayed beyond our control. When your product is dispatched you will receive an email containing a consignment number and tracking instructions. This number will allow you to track the progress of your parcel.

Important Information for Australian Customers: If you're having your parcel shipped to a residential address and no-one is at home to sign for the delivery your parcel will be taken to your nearest Australia Post Shop for collection. Please collect your parcel within 5 business days to ensure that it isn't returned to Miijo. International Customers:
Delivery timeframes are listed for each Country within the shopping cart area. Simply add a product to your shopping cart and pricing and delivery information will be displayed.
To avoid delays in receiving your parcel, we suggest that you have the item delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for it. If possible we recommend a work address. That way you'll get it sooner! Due to signature on delivery requirements we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Important Information for International Customers:
Each Country has different import duty and tax thresholds. Depending on your countries import laws you may be charged import duty and taxes by Customs at the parcels point of entry into your nominated country. Customers are responsible for all Customs duty and taxes. You are also liable for clearance charges and return shipping if your package is returned to Miijo due to your country's import restrictions. If your country denies any package for any reason, you are responsible for all resulting fees that are incurred during the shipment's return to us. Please check your country's taxes, duties, fees, and import restrictions before ordering from our site. Please contact the Customs office in your location if you have any questions or require further information. If a parcel is not accepted for any reason including non-acceptance, failure to ensure that your parcel is delivered to you or failure to collect you parcel additional charges will apply.
