04.  Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
We only ship to street addresses.
05.  What happens if my parcel is delivered when I’m not home?
A 'signature on delivery' is required so please ensure that there will be someone to sign for the delivery at the specfied shipping address. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your work address if possible.
Important Information for Australian Customers: If you're having your parcel shipped to a residential address and no-one is at home to sign for the delivery your parcel will be taken to your nearest Australia Post Shop for collection. Please collect your parcel within 5 business days to ensure that it isn't returned to Miijo. For information on your delivery always check the tracking information provided and if you have any questions please contact Australian Air Express on 13 12 13 or Miijo on 07 5537 1344.
06.  What are your delivery days and timeframes?
Australian Customers: AAE attempt to make all deliveries by 12pm each day however if there is a high parcel volume deliveries can occur at anytime between 7:30am and 5:00pm to residential addresses Monday to Friday.
International Customers: Delivery timeframes are listed for each Country within the shopping cart area. Simply add a product to your shopping cart and select your delivery Country from the drop-down menu.
07.  What methods of payment do you accept?
Australian Customers: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Direct Deposit.
International Customers: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. Simply proceed through the checkout process and select your preferred payment method.
08.  I don’t have a credit card. Can I still shop at miijo?
Absolutely, miijo offers multiple payment options.
Direct Deposit - Australian customers only
Simply proceed through the checkout process and select Direct Deposit as your payment method. You can pay us from your bank account via Internet or Phone Banking. Alternatively, you can make a cash deposit at your nearest St George bank branch. Please note that funds transferred via Internet or Phone banking can take up to 2 business days to appear in the miijo bank account. Your purchase will be shipped as soon as your payment has been received.
Paypal - All customers
Miijo also accepts Paypal payments. Simply proceed through the checkout process and select Paypal as your payment method. You're automatically taken to PayPal to process your payment at the time of order. If you are new to Paypal please visit the Paypal website and join Paypal.
09.  Is my credit card secure?
Yes, Miijo utilises a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. All user contact information is contained behind a “firewall“ and only accessible by a limited number of employees who have special access rights to production systems. All sensitive/credit information supplied by users is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology directly to the banking system and then immediately disposed of when the transaction is complete.
10.  What currency are the prices displayed in?
Australian dollars.
11.  How do I calculate shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated within the shopping cart. Simply add a product to your shopping cart and select your destination country. Your shipping price and approximate delivery timeframe will be displayed. One of the great things about the miijo website is that your total costs can be calculated in your shopping cart before you have to fill in any details.
12.  How long before my order arrives?
Australian Customers: All orders are shipped by courier on an “Overnight“ service. Orders received before 2pm each day will ship the very same day and be scheduled for delivery the very next business day. We try hard to ship in the times quoted and faster if possible‚ but sometimes deliveries can be delayed beyond our control. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing a consignment number and tracking instructions. This number will allow you to track the progress of your parcel.
Please note that parcels shipped to remote areas may take an additional day to deliver. Please call or email shop@miijo.com for further details.
International Customers: Delivery timeframes are listed for each Country within the shopping cart area. Simply add a product to your shopping cart and pricing and delivery information will be displayed.
13.  How can I check the delivery status?
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing a consignment number and tracking instructions. This number will allow you to track the progress of your parcel.
14.  Will I be charged import duties and taxes? (international customers)
Each Country has different import duty and tax thresholds. Depending on your countries import laws you may be charged import duty and taxes by Customs at the parcels point of entry into your nominated country. Customers are responsible for all Customs duty and taxes. You are also liable for clearance charges and return shipping if your package is returned to Miijo due to your country's import restrictions. If your country denies any package for any reason, you are responsible for all resulting fees that are incurred during the shipment's return to us. Please check your country's taxes, duties, fees, and import restrictions before ordering from our site. Please contact the Customs office in your location if you have any questions or require further information. If a parcel is not accepted for any reason including non-acceptance, failure to ensure that your parcel is delivered to you or failure to collect you parcel additional charges will apply. Including forfeiting the original shipping charge, a return shipping charge to Miijo and a restocking fee of 20 percent. Click here to read the miijo Terms and Conditions.
15.  How do I know which size to order?
On each product page you will see measurements displayed for each item. Some items even have a fit guide. If you require any assistance in selecting a size please call miijo on +61 7 5537 1344 or email shop@miijo.com. We're here to help you.
16.  How do your gift vouchers work?
We email it to you. You send it on when you're ready. You get the glory! There are no paper vouchers to lose or get destroyed in the wash. Best of all, your friend can shop whenever they choose and buy exactly what they want!
1. Choose a value and quantity then add it to your cart
2. Once we have processed your order we'll send the voucher via email to you.
3. You can then email, post or hand deliver it when you're ready.
Need your voucher in a hurry?
Purchase it by credit card during business hours so it can be emailed to you the very same day.
Note: Paying for your voucher outside of business hours or by one of miijo's other payment options will incur a delay while we wait for payment confirmation.
17.  I purchased a gift voucher for a friend and it was emailed to me?
If you purchase a gift voucher for a friend we email it to you so that you can forward it onto your friend when you’re ready. We do this so that you can make sure that your recipient receives their voucher. If the voucher was sent from miijo it could be accidentally overlooked or deleted by the recipient or eaten by the junk mail filter.
18.  Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes we do and it's free! At miijo all orders are treated as presents and depending on your purchase are either delivered in a free signature miijo gift box or gift wrapped. If you have a specific packaging request or require individual product packaging please contact Miijo Customer Service on 07 5537 1344 or by email at shop@miijo.com
19.  Can I buy a gift for a friend and have it sent directly to them?
Yes you can. Miijo is all about convenience. Select the item that you want to purchase for your friend and select ’send to someone else’ from the drop down menu. Add the item to your shopping cart and proceed through the checkout process. A gift receipt will be sent to your recipient with the parcel but don't worry it will not include any pricing information.
20.  Can I shop for myself and buy gifts for others at the same time?
Yes you can. Before you add an item to your cart you can choose whether the item is for "me" or "someone else". Make your selection and click on 'add to cart'. In the shopping cart area your items are displayed under each recipients name.
21.  What’s your returns policy?

22.  Will you share my information with anyone?
We value your privacy. We do not share or sell information to third parties, nor use personal information for any reason other than its intended use. We don't like spam either!
23.  What are miijo pre-orders?
If you're tired of missing out on the latest miijo must-haves then pre-orders are for you. All items with a 'pre-order now' sash are available to secure in advance. The 'availibilty' heading on each product page states the estimated delivery timeframe. Miijo pre-orders require you to pay for your product(s) in full just like a normal miijo purchase. Once your order arrives at miijo we ship it onto you asap!
Please choose your pre-order item carefully as pre-orders can not be cancelled for a refund. If you decide to cancel a pre-order you will then be supplied with a Miijo credit code to the value of your original purchase.
24.  Why is it a good idea to pre-order a product?
Miijo ships globally and our fabulous products can sell out very quickly! You don't have to pre-order a miijo product but if you choose not to, you may miss out and have to wait until the next delivery.
25.  Do my pre-order and in-stock items ship together?
When you purchase a pre-order product with an in-stock product in the same order these items ship together. As soon as you pre-order product arrives at Miijo a customer service representative will contact you by phone to ensure that your nominated shipping address is still appropriate before shipping your order to you. Information regarding pre-order products can be found in the yellow box on each pre-order product page.
26.  What happens if my pre-order is delayed?
We work hard to meet our estimated timeframes for pre-orders. Please be aware however that pre-order timeframes are estimates only as sometimes pre-orders can arrive ahead of schedule and sometimes they can be delayed. The timeframe is dependant on the manufacturer, shipping and customs processing which are outside of Miijo's control. Should, beyond our control, the delivery be delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe (over 2 months after the specified estimated arrival timeframe at Miijo) your money will be refunded.
27.  How do miijo promotional codes work?
If you have a promotional code it must be used at the time of purchase. We are unable to apply a promotional code to an existing order in retrospect. Promotional codes have issue and end dates. You must use your promotional code within the specified timeframe. Promotional codes cannot be used on gift vouchers.
28.  I placed my order but forgot to use my promotional code?
Promotional codes must be used at the time of purchase. We are unable to apply a promotional code to your order after you have made your purchase.
